Disaster in Japan
It's difficult to imagine the extent to which Japan and its people have suffered over the past few days, not just from the massive earthquake, but from what appears to be the more devastating aspect - the tsunami. The death toll is unclear at the moment, but is likely to be over 10,000. Dreadful.

Bad signage
Bad spelling appears again in Edinburgh... this time at the gas pipeline repairs at North Junction Street.
